Shipping
We use FedEx, UPS, OR DHL
It takes 4 – 5 working days to receive your package.

Payments
A processed payment will appear on your bank or credit card statement and in your payment history.
One of the common reasons for an unprocessed payments is that your bank declined it. You can contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
If your payment is returned, your payment status will change to “Return” in your payment history and you will also need to contact your bank to confirm the return.
Returns and Refunds
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
